Meet the eight-year-old Ghanaian with best selling book on Amazon

Nicholas Buamah is an 8-year-old Ghanaian living in the United States of America. ABC News Ghana can report he has shot to fame in recent time following the successful launch of his first book which has become the best selling book on Amazon today.

The book titled “Kayla and Kyle: The Walking Dictionaries: Vol 1: Election Day is to help children expand their vocabulary through the experiences and adventures of characters Kayla and Kyle.

The book introduces twins, Kayla and Kyle, as they compete against each other to become their school’s next class President. Before votes are cast, they must first have a class debate to demonstrate that they are worthy candidates.

Appearing on The Steve Harvey Show, the young author stated that he has three goals in relation to the book and vocabulary development among his peers. Firstly, Nicholas wants his book distributed among all elementary schools in the United States. Secondly, he wants to donate some of his books to libraries in Ghana.

Nicholas also wants to increase his YouTube subscriber base in order to teach a wider audience the best ways to study new words in 30 seconds.

The eight-year-old Nicholas Buamah has the childhood dream of becoming a Mechanical Engineer by attending the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He lives with his parents Dominic and Danielle Buamah in the United States.
