    NDC COULD HAVE STAY AND VOTE AGAINST IT,WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN ON RECORD THAT THEY ARE AGAINST,STAYING AWAY OR BOYCTTING DOSE MEAN YOUR INTENION.

    We Ghanaians don't even need the minority for the approval of the budget because they are not in favour of the tax reduction. They want Ghanaians to go through hardships as their time

    This is not surprising since this same NDC walked out on the NHIS bill. Now that there is another important budget in parliament for the introduction of free SHS they are walking out again.

    if the minority think that the cut Of the common fund is unconstitutional, they should be there to debate and if pass they can go to court for the right thing to be done. boycotting will not solve the problem
