Imagine UDS offering Applied Biology without a laboratory. What applied about such a programme. You can now see why graduates come out of school and become useless.

Traffic issue well known. Call sector minister and ascertain what is being done to solve the problem. Grand standing won't help. Finger pointing wont help.

Former Prez Mills died in the bucket of a pick-up truck before his corpse arrived at Maternity Ward of the 37 Milltary Hospital. My question is this: where were the two ambulances stationed at the castle to always follow Presidents where ever they go. Koku Anyidoho must answer this kindergarten question.

That's it. Right on point. Rural to urban city migration can't be mitigated unless other places are developed and made comfortable enough for people to appreciate living in those places.

Is this a matter of too many people in Accra? Ask the fuming ministers if they drive to work. When Joe Biden was a senator, he took the bus and train to work. Ask the ministers and parliamentarians if they have only one car. We are our own problems. MPs should take bus and train to work.
We can also come with a system where non commercial vehicles with certain Tag numbers not to operate on some days within the week.

When a sitting dumbster of a president gets infatuated with "infrastructure" to the extent that no broader cost benefit analysis is made for planning because the ultimate benefit is reaping kickbacks from contracts, this is what happens. As the silly president was on his way out, he was cutting sods for some non-descript projects for the very reason that NDC loons will benefit from, albeit, the very funds for the projects was non-existent as we saw teeming numbers of contractors besieging government offices for their overdue payments. When an ineptly incompetent leader goes abroad to borrow money just to pay civil servants, what do you make of him? A fool! The former Japan embassy visa peddler who became a president was so obsessed with graft that he became an emperor with no clothes on, credit to Madam Otiko Afisa Djaba, my idol of a woman.

Instead of talking about big projects initiatives that would fundamentally address the situation, they are talking about police controlling traffic.

My contribution: 1. Need to decentralise services in Ghana which will prevent people from going to Accra always. 2. Build factories, infrastructure and create job opportunities in districts to prevent urban migration. 3. Fix Accra Kumasi.4. Build a fist class road from Chorkor through Awutu to Winneba. 4. Address housing issues in capital that as made small towns outside Accra full of people because can't afford 2 or 3 year rent in capital.5. Fix toll booths by automating parts and introducing weekly , monthly coupons for drivers who ply road daily.

One of the quickest ways is to introduce the EZpass system where in some of the booths, Motorist will not have to wait on line once you have a tag. It will automatically lift when you approach the booth allowing for quick passage. Whilst you are at it, make some money in the process since people love to drive and not use public transport. There are way too many cars therefore tax them. Charge a surge for the morning rush hour and evening rush other going into Accra and leaving Accra. This will reduce some of the traffic. It wont stop it, but it will help.
