Ghana Investment Promotion Centre re-launches Website

The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) on Thursday said it had updated and redesigned its Website with a new content base and user-friendly homepage as part of its effort to provide investors worldwide with up-to-date information.

A statement signed by Mr Kwasi Abeasi, Chief Executive, said the site provided a wealth of logically organised information and economic data; fast and accurate search engine, quickly downloadable up-to-date laws and regulations, and links to essential organisations and agencies.

It urged the public to log on to www.gipc.org.gh to get answers to some of the frequent questions like the appropriate procedures required to invest in Ghana, tax and other incentives for investment, joint venture searches and privatisation, among other things.

"Users are also encouraged to contact the Website's staff with comments, suggestions and questions on how to make the site even more responsive to their needs," it said.
