A Wa circuit court presided over by his Lordship Justice Baah Forson Agyapong has granted bail to the New Patriotic Party members involved in the attack of the NADMO boss.

The nine accused persons allegedly attacked the Upper Regional NADMO boss on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 beating his security man to pulp.

Four other suspects, February 8 surrendered themselves to the Upper West Regional Police Station and were subsequently processed for court bringing the number to nine.

The accused were charged with conspiracy to commit crime, assault, stealing and threat of harm but they all pleaded not guilty to the charges levelled against them.

They were, therefore, granted bail with a sum of GHC5000 with two sureties each with reasons that investigation has been completed and there will be no need to keep the accused persons in custody.

The court has been adjourned to February 12, 2018 for trial to commence.
