All this meetings and gatherings are good however the normal person out there cannot afford or buy any of those houses being advertised, be it online or actual offices. My opinion is you guys being industry players and having some clout through contacts and all, you should be putting pressure on government and policy makers to create that enabling environment for the average citizen to feel part of the system otherwise this sort of gathering will only be for the privileged few which won't impact the ordinary Ghanaian positively.

houses cost too much in Ghana and the payment terms will put Shylock to shame, eg $5000 at signing, 50% after 21days and the remaining 50% over 20months??? and quoted in dollars to boot!!!
