  TODAYS GETO[s] ["BAD"] LOCATIONS SUCH AS ALJO,ACCRA CENTRAL ETC... IS TOMORROW GREAT LOCATIONS because they don't make land no more and because the good areas will expand toward this locations due to cheap prices
