    If you think the polices charges are too much, then employ a catapult wielding juju man from the village.
    Banks charge exorbitant interests on loans and services but wanted free policing!

    How many Police men died in the line of performing bank guard duties? Go to banks and see de delapidated structures police seat in whiles de stupid bankers seats in an aircondition room. IGP let them pay more.
