    This is an extremely poor reason.
    Why could the government not demand and make it efficient?

    It would seem the government of the day was inefficient and derelict. by selling to a foreign concern!

    How on earth can you sell a Telecom company that has a University attached and the whole National fibre back bone and tell Ghanaians it was a sensible sale. Tell Ghanaians something sensible.

    How can you sell a Telecom Company that has a University attached ,and a whole National Fibre backbone and say it was s sensible sale. If it were your property would you have sold it .
