    What really prevents ECG from installing the meters directly to the individual shop owners who pay promptly and continue to collect their money. ECG should have no problem putting meters in sub units in a household.

    How does the Trade Fair Authority bill its tenants when there are no meters to the various firms or tenants?? Those who have paid their bills in full and are now not recieving any power should also sue the the Trade Fair Auth ...

    why should management be complaining about dumsor and still be at post.
    The president should sack these people because they do not fall into the category of 'smart' managers.
