Don't you know is due to change in our currency that suddenly increased sachet water from 10 pes to 20 pes and you have enjoyed that bumper harvest.. I am a producer of sachet water and it's difficult breaking even now. In march 2014, we were buying a kilogram of rubber sheet for GHC 5.6 but today the price is GHC 12.00.
Clearly any business should adjust prices upwards to be able sustain cost of operation.

The producers of bottled and sachet water should be careful because the reason sated as the main cause of the price increment is not good enough to warrant the increament.

hmmm Ghana for us.My suggestion is the government should offer uhem subsidy because even if it has been increased,no matter what it is,we will surely demand for it because water is a necesity hence has inelastic demand.

if dumsor is the reason then schedule working hours and maintain price. in one year since my office started purchasing 18.9liter water dispenser two increases have occurred already. we will get back to pani de pani
