WHY ARE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO EXPORT GOLD THROUGH PMMC AND NOT HAVE TO BRING BACK THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE OFFICIALLY INTO THE COUNTRY. WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF GOLD TO THE COUNTRY IF THIS IS ALLOWED ???????
