Moneygram and Zeepay deliver an early Christmas to customers in Ghana

MoneyGram International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGI), Christmas came early for Mrs Mary Adjokeh, of Pokuase, when a visitor called on here bearing surprising gifts. A team from Zeepay, a leading financial technology firm, led by the firms MD called on Madam Mary Adjokeh, to say THANK YOU to her for receiving her remittances from abroad, via MoneyGram, directly into her MOMO wallet.

This service, powered by ZEEPAY since October 2018, allows customers to receive their MoneyGram remittances from abroad directly and gaining popularity as it is presents a convenient and easy way for customers to receive remittances from the 200 countries in which MoneyGram operates. The Zeepay team informed Madam Mary Adjokeh that her last remittance of GHS 500 had been doubled by the MD, so she now has GHS 1000 in her Momo wallet. In addition, a presentation of other MoneyGram brand items presented to her.

A visibly touched Madam Mary Adjokeh, remarked ‘Bronya has indeed come early for me and I am grateful to Zeepay and MoneyGram. My son Kwadwo is abroad in the UK and he tries to remit me every month.
