Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta was asked to present a proper account for the monies spent on the banking sector clean-up exercise in 2019. Oscar Yao Doe, the Chairman of Doscar Group Holdings, noted that the exercise was a wrong decision fueled by evil intentions to collapse businesses.
