  Some of our primitive practices include:
  1/ The festival in which young girls(7, 8 9...years old) are made to go naked so that old men can choose which one they would marry in the near future. chances are that they abuse them at early age.
  
  2/ idol worshiping(trees, rivers, mountains, the sea etc were and still are regarded by some people as gods.
  
  3/ Expensive funerals. It is waste of time and resources(affects productivity.)
  
  4/ Ghana is not a strong country like UK, US, Canada, France etc. It is divided into tribes headed by kings some of whom are even more powerful than the government. Kings are wedges that divide us. This 'galampsey' problem, if it was in the US or any of the civilized countries, it would only take one pronouncement by the gov and the problem would be solved.(their laws work because they are strong countries.)
  5/ One man churches and their pastors. They are just intelligent tricksters, criminals looking for money from the poor and ignorant majority.
