  The fact is that most of these paper budgetary allocations made to MDAs will end up not released to them. If you really want to develop sports as is being taunted, release the money and stop the empty talks. The corrupt media and their semi-literate journalists and correspondents will always applaud any useless empty talk from politicians without subjecting them to scrutiny and proper analysis. They have become conveyor belts of any trash without sieving it.
