  TEAM B23: PLAYERS FROM GPL, AFRICA, EUROPE ETC WHO MAY BE TROPHY WINNERS BUT DID NOT MAKE TEAM A AND ARE NOT TROPHY WINNERS, BUT VERY COMPETENT
  TEAM C23: CHAN TEAM
  IF YOU MAKE SUCH APPOINTMENTS ON MERIT. U WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN BUILDING A FORMIDABLE TEAM FOR ANY MATCH OR TOURNAMNT. THIS IS WAT SEPARATES WINNERS FROM LOSERS. WINNER BOSSES ALWAYS PICK WORKERS WHO HVE A TRACK RECORD OF ACCOMPLISHMNTS LIKE SCH COMPLETION, GRADUATE, CERTIFICATES, DEGREES, TROPHIES ETC. LOSERS BOSSES PICK WORKERS WHO SIMPLY ATTENDED SCH OR PLAYED THE GAME. THERE IS A BUG DIFFERENCE. JUST BCOS U HVE BEEN ADMITTED TO COLLEGE OR DRAFTED INTO THE LG DONT MEAN U WILL GRADUATE OR WIN A TROPHY. THIS IS WAT SEPARATES WINNERS FROM LOSERS PER SAY....

  Competition as a means of checking indiscipline is good but it works only when you have abundance of talent. Ghana isn't Brazil, which have a population of 208M, excellent football administration and producing abundance of quality footballers. No Ghanaian coach would bench Abedi Pele or Anthony Yeboah under any circumstance OK. Ghana currently doesn't have any such super talented players so it probably make sense fielding anybody. But I tell you, competent coaches manage disagreements with their superstars instead of benching them unless the coach has giving up his desire to win.

  Good. This is what many of us have been saying: Create competitions. Have two teams and keep the selections close to your chest and keep the players at some distance. The Captains should no that they can suggest but they must adapt to the Coach's selection and their control is within the playing time. And even that they must enforce the Coach's style and plans.
