Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has attributed his decision to quit Inter Allies to lack of time for the national Under-17 team.

He said he wants to concentrate on national duties than club assignments.

Meanwhile, his former club side, Inter Allies are set to name a new coach on Tuesday after confirming on their official website that Fabin has parted ways with them.

The former Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko trainer joined the Tema-based club on a one-year contract that expired at the end of the 2014-15 season.

“We hereby announce that the club and Paa Kwesi Fabin have mutually agreed to part ways. The club is wishing him all the best with his national team coaching job and in his profession. We wish to assure our supporters that a new coach will be appointed by Tuesday,” the statement on Inter Allies website reads.

The Black Starlets coach led Inter Allies to a 7th place finish in last season’s Premier League.
