    GFA can set a minimum pay structure for football players but do not set a hard cap on salaries.

    LIMITATION OF TEAMS DO NOT ENCOURAGE COMPETITIONS. REMEMBER THAT MOST OF THESE SO CALLED BAD TEAMS GENERATE TOP PLAYERS WHO EVENTUALLY MIGRATE TO THOSE TOP TEAMS; THEREFORE, NOURISHING THE GHANA FOOTBALL CLUB.

    sponsership money not paid on time, no spectators at games, teams cant even afford to pay $200 a month as things stand at the moment. The whole thing has to be repackaged.
