    THIS IMPLIES THAT ANYBODY CAN COACH THE BLACK STARS. JUST BE A GHANAIAN AND YOUR BOSS ALSO A GHANAIAN, TRIBAL AFFILIATION OR SPEAK THE SAME DIALECT.
