Norrkoping complete Issah signing

IFK Norrkoping have completed the signing of Ghana international striker Issah Mohammed after the 21-year-old scored twice in a friendly game against AIK.

Mohammed has won 16 caps for Ghana and played for the country at youth level and Norrkoping sporting director Tommy Wisell said: "Issah Mohammed has been very impressive during the time he has spent here.

"He is a humble and kind person and he has shown his quickness, technical skills, vigour and good shooting capacity on the pitch."

Issah Mohammed impressed the club by striking twice in a 4-1 pre-season win over AIK and joins Norrkoping from Ghana Premier League side Sekondi Hasacaas FC.

He becomes Norrkoping seventh signing since the end of the 2001 season. The Swedish 2002 league season starts in April.

Issa is now home but is expected back in Norrk?ping in a week.
