Theophilous Nyame wants Kotoko exit ahead of new season

Kotoko midfielder Theophilous Nyame is asking for a move away from the Club, according to reports.

The midfielder is said to have tendered in a transfer request to leave the Porcupine Warriors following the arrival of new signings Baba Mahama, Seth Opare, Isaac Quansah and Prince Acquah.

Reports say the player is pushing his way out to another Club before the new season begins.

Nyame joined the former Ghana Premier League Champions from Sekondi Hasaacas last season and was a vital member of Michael Osei’s squad until he suffered an injury which kept him out in the latter part of the season.

The player is hence likely to join one of the Premier League Clubs in his bid to secure regular action.
