Six clubs chase Ghanaian midfielder Moses Odjer

Ghanaian midfielder Moses Odjer has emerged as the transfer target for several clubs in the lower tiers of Italian sides.

The Salernitana midfielder is wanted by six clubs in the serie B including Virtus Entella, Rieti, Sicula Leonzio and Casertana.

Other clubs to have shown interest in the midfielder are Luca Castiglia and Pro Vercelli.

Salernitana could only let the player leave for an amount of 250 thousand euros.

Odjer has featured 6 times for Salernitana in the serie B this season and has two games in the Coppa Italia under his belt.

The 22 year old who welcomed a new baby boy on New Year's eve has been troubled by injuries in the current campaign but his quality on the pitch makes him a key play for Salernitana.

Odjer shot to prominence after his impressive performances at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Turkey, 2013.
