SK Sturm Graz confirms talks to sign Gideon Mensah on permanent deal

SK Sturm Graz sporting director Günter Kreissl says the Austrian Bundesliga side are interested in signing Ghana defender Gideon Mensah on a permanent deal.

Mensah, 201 joined Sturm Graz on loan from Red Bull Salzburg this January and has been one of their outstanding players.

The former WAFA left-back has made ten [10] league appearances.

“Gideon Mensah is, of course, an interesting player and we are in discussions in this regard, which I do not currently want to comment,” Kreissl told the media.

The Ghana U-23 defender spent the first half of the season on loan at second-tier side Liefering.
