Parmer declares intentions to succeed Kwesi Nyantakyi as Ghana FA President

The battle for Kwesi Nyantakyi’s successor as the President of the Ghana Football Association is gradually heating up as owner and president of Tema Youth FC Osei Kwaku Wilfred has popped up as the latest to declare his intentions of contesting for the vacant post.

Parmer announced his intentions at Takoradi’s Connect FM accompanied by Board Member of Sekondi Hasaacas Football Club, Nana Banyin Eyison and Director of Ebusua Dwarfs Mr. J. F. Mensah, all Executive Committee Members of the defunct Ghana Football Association.

This declaration makes Parmer the 4th candidate to emerge for the seat.

“I have that expertise to lead the association and strengthen it financially, we have to get the game running from the colts level to the top.

“We can do it with all these men behind me,” he said on Connect FM.

Already Nana Yaw Amponsah, George Afriyie and Fred Pappoe have declared intentions of contesting for the post.
