Embattled Menzgold CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1), is set to return to court after Dubai-based company Royal Horison filed an appeal.

YEN.com.gh has sighted a post by one of NAM1’s workers at Zylofon Media, GH Kwaku. In the post, GH Kwaku confirmed that his boss will appear before a court in Dubai after Royal Horison submitted an appeal letter.

He said, per the appeal letter NAM1 will return to court on May 21, 2019.

GH Kwaku in confirming the said news took a strong swipe at the government of Ghana for not helping NAM1 to claim the $39m owed him by Royal Horison.

He believed that the government of Ghana has given the Dubai company upper hand over NAM1.

GH Kwaku further warned that the day NAM1 will speak Ghana will turn upside down.

No too long ago, YEN.com.gh reported how NAM1 won his court against Royal Horison.

The court has also ordered the company to pay him all outstanding debts.

Meanwhile, the Attorney General, Gloria Akuffo, has said NAM1 could not be brought to Ghana just yet.

According to her, although NAM1 has been cleared in a case that was brought against him in the Emirati capital, Dubai, he cannot be brought to Ghana as has been demanded.

She made this known in an interview with Joy FM Drive Time host Lexis Bill on ‘Personality Profile’, Thursday, April 25,2019.
