Kotoko have reportedly rejected a bid from South African Club Orlando Pirates for Burkinabe forward Songne Yacouba.

The South African giants who officially wrote to inquire about the 27-year-old was said to have submitted $100,000 for the attacker, a bid the Porcupine Warriors have cast-off.

Reports indicates Kotoko are now willing to release their priceless assert for anything below $150,000.

Yacouba has been a demand for several Clubs with Al Ahly, Simba, Al Hilal and Zamalek all reportedly interested in signing the striker.

He gained attention after his phenomenon display for Kotoko in the CAF Confederation Cup last season where he helped the Ghanaian giants to the Group stage.

Kotoko will be willing to allow the former Stade Malien man leave at the right price having already acquired Ugandan striker George Abege from Kenyan side Kariobangi Sharks as well as former Lobi Stars Ivorian attacker Adingra Moussa.
