Kim Grant will struggle handling two jobs at Hearts - Karim Zito

Technical Director of Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC, Abdul Karim Zito, has revealed that it will be a huge task for Kim Grant to combine two jobs at Accra Hearts of Oak.

The Phobians have appointed the former Charlton Athletic and Black Stars forward as its Director of Football and first-team head coach.

According to a statement issued by the club, the 46-year-old will be in charge of all technical aspects of the club, from the youth teams to the senior side and will assume his official duties on December 1, 2018

Black Starlets coach Karim Zito says the two jobs assigned Kim Grant will be difficult.

“It’s difficult to understand how Hearts of Oak expect Kim Grant to combine being a coach of the club & director of football,” Zito told Sikka Sports

“The club is too big not to realise assigning those two different roles to one person will create problems”

Grant has previously managed Ebusua Dwarfs, Elmina Shark and Saif Academy.
