Kenpong Travel and Tours donates to Black Princesses

Kenpong Travel and Tours (KT&T) has donated 10,000ghc to the national under-19 team, the Black Princess for qualifying to the 2014 Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) Under-19 tournament in Canada.

The company also donated 10 cartons of Energy Drinks as part of the package to show appreciation to the team for qualifying to the competition.

Kofi Poku, a consultant to KT&T made the donation on behalf of the company after the match at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Poku congratulated the Princess for qualifying for the competition despite the stiff opposition from the Equatorial Guinea.

He said the company will continue to support them in their preparations for the competition in Canada.

Beatrice Sasu, captain of the team appreciation to the company for their support and pledged the commitment of the team to the nation.

She said the team will do their best to make a good impact at the competition. Ghana defeated Equitorial Guinea 4-3 on penalty to qualify for the competition. This was after the match ended one all after the two legs.
