Ghana Football Association President Kwesi Nyantakyi is in deep trouble as he's captured in an investigative video by ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye PI team, using the name of the President and Vice President of the Republic to transact businesses.

The GFA boss, who doubles as CAF 1st vice-president and FIFA Council member is facing CID probe on claims of corruption after a report from President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Mr. Nyantakyi is under investigations following Anas' exposé on the rot at the Sports sector which is scheduled to be aired on public screens on 6th June.

With this shocking news hitting the air waves, there are varying opinions on whether the GFA Boss is guilty of a charge of false pretense and fraud or not.

Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' programme, NDC Communicator Chief Biney told host Kwami Sefa Kayi that he strongly believes Mr. Nyantakyi is guilty on the claims of corruption until proven otherwise.

According to him, the President's order to the CID to probe into the issue is indicative that the GFA boss isn't innocent.

He also questioned whether or not Mr. Nyantakyi's claim to give the President and the Vice President $5 million and $3 million respectively while dealing with some businessmen in Morocco, as snippet of the tape played to the Head of State revealed; is true.

“The President has even believed and so sent it to the Police station . . . I will refuse to be a spectator. I will always be a citizen as the President has called. And if the President should make a report to the Police that the man is involved in fraud and needs to be investigated, who am I?”
