US Sassuolo have said they will not sell Alfred Duncan in the ongoing January transfer window but have named their price-tag for a possible summer sale.

Duncan has also been linked to former club Inter Milan, AC Milan and SS Napoli in the winter transfer window following his impressive performance for the Neroverdi in the first half of the campaign.

Inter Milan are keen to bolster their midfield rank following underwhelming display of big summer buy Radja Nainggolan while city rivals AC Milan have identified the Ghanaian as the man to solve their midfield woes in the wake of injuries to Giacomo Bonaventura and Lucas Biglia.

The 25-year-old is reported to be a target for Napoli as they look to sell Amadou Diawara and Marko Rog to AC Milan and Schalke respectively.

However, Chief Executive Officer Giovanni Carnevali, stated clearly that they do not want to lose their prized asset in the ongoing transfer window but there is a possibility he could be sold in the summer.

Meanwhile, the Modena-based side believe the Ghanaian could make a move in the summer if a suitor can fork out €15 to €20 million for his services.

Duncan has scored 3 goals and registered 2 assists in 13 Serie A matches this term.
