Chelsea boss promises Callum Hudson-Odoi regular first-team football

Maurizio Sarri says he is ready to give Ghanaian winger, Callum Hudson-Odoi regular first-team football as Chelsea bid to keep him from Bayern Munich's clutches.

The German club have made three offers for the 18-year-old, the latest a deal worth £30million.

Hudson-Odoi is keen on a move to Bavaria as he looks for more action.

But the Chelsea manager is now prepared to give the winger more senior opportunities, a move that could swing Hudson-Odoi's thinking.

"He is ready (to play more) I think. Of course, we have very important players in the same position," said Sarri.

"I can play with only two wingers I think but now he is ready. He can play, of course, sometime he will be on the bench but same as Willian and Pedro.

"I can start to consider him on the same level. I don't think he should go to Germany because he is an English player. He is very young, he has the future and I think that he has a very great future here in England with the national team and with Chelsea.

"To stay here is better for him."
