AFCON 2015: Group D produces second successive stalemates

Cameroon was held to a 1-1 draw by Guinea, the fourth successive stalemate in Group D of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.

Benjamin Moukandjo put the Indomitable Lions ahead in the 13th minute but with just 3 minutes to end of the first half, Ibrahima Toure restored parity for Guinea

Earlier in the day, The Elephants of Ivory Coast recovered from a goal down to record a 1-1 draw with Mali.

Bakary Sako fired in the opener for Mali in the 7th minute but Coach Herve Renard’s side managed to get the much needed equalizer after Serge Aurier’s cross found substitute Max Gradel, whose left footed shot beat goalkeeper Germain Berthe.
