This was originally included in the NDC suit which the Supreme Court asked the NDC to drop one of the reliefs sought because they could not ask the two reliefs at the same time. The relief was for the interpretation of Article 45(a) which this current relief seeks to address. This is a good move by the plaintiff. Jean Mensa is now pushed to the wall and very soon will be unable to breathe.
This woman is a stooge and poodle. Her end in that position is near.
