Very dumb...no teachers and text books so he turns to the internet for solution and it is a bright idea to praise???? BS
What about the other kids in the villages and towns with no internet and computers??? Fools in-charge. How can they educate themselves and get past questions to compete??? Is it education or FREE PRODUCTION OF... STUDENTS. VERY SHAMEFUL!!!!
