NDC lacks absolute understanding.
NDC doesn't understand the referendum. The Country is passing an initiative to quash a law on local government system which , at the moment is unelectable. Now it is time to start absolute grassroot level democracy. I

Ghana in 1952, was multi party democratic. Nkrumah brought one party state. But in 1968, multi party democracy was back. This was truncated in 1972, but returned in 1979. Rawlings abused the system in 1981. It nonsensical and
