Yes there is something fishy with this government and the past governments handling of Mensgold. But this conspiracy video is totally missing it. 1. Mensgold cannot win money in court for gold they did not sell to horizon, as he claimed the gold was agreed to be supplied by the two alleged fraudster and not Mensgold, so, in consequence, Nana Appiah was not coming to ghana to pay the customers with money he hasn't won. 2. EOCO referring a buyer to Mensgold is not a confirmation of the legitimacy of Mensgold. 3. Mensgold is a completely separate legal entity so even after all this Nana Appiah will most likely walk free. 4. So in all this we should be sure to separate Nana Appiah who is an agent acting on behalf of Mangold from Mensgold who is deemed to have committed the fraud. 5. Mensgold customers will Not get their monies back, at least not from me gold and if a $39m dollar liability was on the books of Facebook the court that closed it down would have made an attempt to retrieve it by now. 6. Releasing Nana Appiah Mensah does not guarantee that funds of Mensgold will be paid, in fact is arrest should rather increase the chances of retrieving the funds
