Spio as usual, and this man wants to be President of Ghana. India gave Ghana the loan to construct the structure and one of the conditions was to employ one of India's contractors. If there is nothing seriously wrong with the structure then it is equally senseless for Spio to make this statement. Was "Dubai" (Nkrumah circle) built by Ghanaian contractors? Was the Cape Coast stadium built by Ghanaian contractors?
