I am no fan of Papa J but I sometimes give " the devil" his due. Did I dispute that Nkrumah gave free education but remember it was basically for Northners who were disadvantaged very much because of colonization. You are also "Little brained" for me to have a discussion with you from the historical point of view. I also find even irrelevant to have such a discussion with someone like you who perhaps suffer from infantile neurosis as a result of being brainwashed by a regime that was not only dictatorial but was also murderous. Don't play games with me by making subtle attempts to disrespect me on this forum because I can do same to you. I can easily read between the lines and know what your choice of words and expressions seeks to postulate.
Tell me which government or regime in the world is not hypocritical? Is it your Soviet Union or Nkrumah and his Young Pioneer? How can there be a drought in Ghana and not in Togo and Cote D'Ivore? Are we not in the same climatic belt. I know what I am talking about with Rawlings Chain. I visited Lome and traveled Northwards to Kpalime before entering Ghana through Nyive border town. I also traveled from Abidjan to Yamousokrom and there was drought everywhere during the Rawlings' Chain era. The question is why did these places not suffer from hunger and other shortages from basic essential goods? Have you ever thought about that?
What is the difference between Russia of today and Soviet Union of yesteryears? Not much of a change. Putin of Russia is as dictatorial as the other rulers during the Soviet Union. If things have changed, what are Russian troops doing in Ukraine and Syria? Each of the powers protecting an interest. It has been like that since time immemorial. I am very much abreast with historical and current issues in Ghana and the world and does not post out from the blues. I have my facts checked and double checked before I post them? "... somebody like you?" Who are you? Are you the citadel of all historical facts about Ghana, The West, and Russia? You are mistaken with the one you are dealing with. Why don't you post all your name so people can know who you are as I courageously do? I still stand by my point. There are many people called Yaw in Ghana and elsewhere. Which kind of Yaw are you?
