The problem is the so-called national accreditation board. It is Bribery and Corruption Board. I know case where they have collected bribe to cover up a case of an American national who was caught heading a College in Ghana without work permit. This is at Ensign College of Public Health. He headed the College for nearly one year without work permit. It took immigration to go and arrest him, only for the NAB to go there, collect bribe and cover it up. And the man was doing two jobs. One in America and one in Ghana at the same time. Mr. Minister!! The Staff at the National Accreditation Board is where the problem is.......
