Shouldn't the Gender Minister, Otiko, instead of sitting in Accra and condemning the act, be making sure that the victim receive the necessary help and aid? Both physically and psychologically whilst they go after the perpetrators?
This is where our leadership has to bear its teeth instead of constant political bickering.
