Send plain clothes Officers to their house to record the little girl's statement and assure them that they won't be dragged through the media.The family is trying to protect whatever is left of the little girl's privacy and life.Work with them.These littlemonsters must be used to set an example to everybody else.This is not going to be tolerated in Ghana.
