  Anytime legal proceedings go on, there is always the danger of "perjury" emerging. If you are a witness in a court room, you can suddenly find yourself having to deal with an additional charge of perjury due to any attempts to engage in subterfuge or disinformation. Woyome should also be very careful not to create a huge problem for his younger brother. IF his younger brother is a naturalized American citizen, the US government may become interested in knowing where the younger brother got the money to build this house at Kokomlemle, and whether the appropriate American taxes were paid to the US government by the younger brother. You see, IF you are an American citizen then ANY money you earn ANYWHERE in the world, is subject to American taxation. Non payment of that American tax can bring a lot of grief! It should be a very simple matter for Woyome to provide a list of ALL disbursements out of his bank accounts after, or even just before he received the money from the Government of Ghana. Any large cash withdrawals will then create another avenue for investigation. Over 50 million in any currency, is a very large amount of money. Woyome should thank his stars that Rawlings type "justice" no longer applies in Ghana. Forensic audits of Woyome, and everybody associated with Woyome would seem to be indicated. Once access is gained to financial records, a comparison of dates and amounts of withdrawals from Woyome's accounts, and a corresponding deposits or spending by his associates would demand explanation of all involved. Perhaps there will be a need for the beneficiaries of Woyome's largesse to cough up the monies that Woyome distributed. Financier indeed!
