    This is like saying Brazil's chances of qualifying for the World Cup have been boosted with the expansion to 48 teams, or saying "Ghana to play Spain at Confederations Cup 2013" when nobody even knew who would emerge champion ...

    gh will find a way to fail to qualify. just wait n see. dont expect the worst from Ghana. they will wait till the 2 weeks before the start of qualifiers to begin preparations n they will be bounced...just wait n see..

    Ghana has participated in AFCON more than any country. The Black Stars have also played in the finals 9 times (a record) and was the first team to win AFCON 4 times.

    No, brother, Ghana has played in the FINALS (the tournament itself) 21 times and in the FINAL (the last game - and there's only ONE) 9 times. Haaaa.
    Yes, still a record, though.
