    @blackman..dont underestimate the longterm impact f an educated populace. how many parents in gh can afford to pay shs tuition for their kids and not be constrained financially? u can spend gh revenue on improving infrastruct ...

    Elite schools are cutting down admissions due to limited funding.

    This will worsen as they now have no funding from school fees.

    The free SHS is in trouble even before it can be implemented.
