This teacher is not normal. How do you use a stone to teach children how to use a mouse? It is like teaching some one how to fly by telling him to swim. It is absurd. He could have used something else and not a stone!!!.

He should rather be appluaded because he is better than his colleague teachers who refuse to teach the subject simply because the computers are not there to use.

The innocent teacher shouldn't be punished. Shameless GES should have provided the computers earlier. Is it not GES that design the syllables. They should know that ICT is totally cumbersome to teach without computer.
