it can be repealed, yes the i am talking about the constitution of 1992.Our late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah did it in 1957 constitution. Regarding to the regional Assemblies. He repealed the clauses and abolished it.
I believe if the in coming president disagreed a certain clauses in our constitution he has the power and can make amendment. It's never too late to make changes in that 1992 constitution. Also remember government as it is, is a Crown Corporation, that means a Business Calabulies, they have to come with hell-hell clauses to save guide themselves. Like Indemnity Clause, You can't touch Us Clause, We are the corrupt Establishment Clause. But with all these clauses you cannot bring them to justice.
Get rid of the clauses.
