Kufuor's Minister of Defence bought Suhoi jet fighter not from the manufacturers but from a company in Britain. Is that not corruption?
No government have minister for operation theaters. Its only Nana Akufo-Addo who have a minister for tenders, which is the work of civil servants as doctors perform surgery in the hospitals and not a minister for operation theaters.
