    I cant imagine you paid such an amount for a traffic offense , are you normal, why didn't you insist on your right? both the giver and the receiver are guilty.

    Honestly, I don't believe the driver paid GH¢1,500 for talking on the phone whiles driving.The driver isn't telling us all the truth. Both must be arrested and interogated
