Yes,we cannot equate the muntie 3 case to this delta 8. In the former instance the culprits were fully tried by the court,sentenced and even served one month of their sentence. But in the case of the latter, trial was halted by the government and the people set free with excuse that there was no evidence when this incident took place in broad day light in the presence of hundreds of people and even social media was rife with the incident.So which evidence again was lacking?
